4 Star Hotel - in Michigan

Ok, let me explain. Yes. I slept in this motel with two children and my husband. Yes, it was gross. No, there were no other hotels available. No, I didn't make the reservation. (Thanks, Uncle Gary...I owe you one for this room!) No, we weren't mad. Yes, we had fun and BOY did we make the memories from it! Oh, and NO...I wouldn't do it again. :) Get your hand sanitizer ready and enjoy our 4-star hotel tour. (Yes, this WAS rated a 4-star online...)

A couple other side notes...

There were 2 rooms included in the pictures...some were ours and some

were my aunt and uncles. My uncle (big guy on the left...Ted) slept

on the floor. They only had 1 bed and the two boys and their mom

slept in the bed and Ted on the floor. I bet he's still getting the creeps! :)

Chicago Visit - July 29, 2007

We spent the afternoon in the city. We went to the Shedd Aquarium, a family favorite, and then walked to Millennium Park. Yes, we walked, with my 75 yr old grandmother all over the city. But she ACTUALLY SAID SHE HAD FUN! :) WOOHOO! We all did, it was a nice afternoon! :)

The reflection pictures were taken at "The Bean" in Millennium Park. I have wanted to see this for quite some time and it didn't disappoint. It was a lot of fun! :)

Ethan - Outside With Mommy (Aug. 26, 2007)

Bryan and Matthew were outside playing so I thought I'd grab a couple quick pics

of Ethan. He turned 6 months old in New Jersery on the 23rd. I'll be doing the more
"formal" pictures this week. (I hope.) Anyhow, here he is in the backyard. He did only give me about 5 minutes to take these and then he was off and crawling. Yes, crawling.

Ethan. 5 months.

Still can't believe this little peanut is already

5 months old. He's such a good kid. I know I say it

a lot, but he really is. He's always happy!

He's rolling and scooting everywhere. He is still

having battles holding his bottle...it's more fun to take it

in and out of his mouth than actually drink it. He sleeps

every night from 8 or 9 until around 7. He takes a couple naps

each day and for a couple hours each time!

What can I say?!

He's AWESOME!! :)

Did I mention...HE'S CUTE TOO!
