Apples. 1st Taste.

And he LOVED them! He watched Matthew for a little while, studying what he was doing, then took Matthew's apple and never gave it back. Matthew was a little annoyed, but thought it was very exciting when Ethan offered to share.

He dropped his apple and Matthew had to take it away so he could rinse it for him. Ethan was NOT a happy camper!

My mom had told me that when he chokes on food, he tries to pat his own back. I hadn't seen it until this morning when he choked on a bite of his apple. HOW FUNNY!!

PK Picnic. Cancelled.

I took a half day from work for Matthew's PK picnic at Randall Oaks...by time we ate our lunch, the rain had started. It was supposed to be 70 degrees, but it was only about 60. So not only was it cold, it was wet. We stayed for about 20 minutes and we left. What a bummer! They looked happy though, didn't they?

Brave Boy

While, I was doing laundry, this little angel face was getting into quite the trouble. The more wild he became, the louder he would laugh. Good thing he's cute!

TA-DA!
Yes, he climbed up there...ALL ON HIS OWN!
(There was NO help from ANYONE!)
Yes, he stood there, just like that!
Yes, the table has been removed from his play area!!
Yes, I think I have my first official grey hair!

Random at Midnight

Someone emailed this to me and I decided to post it here.

What I was doing 10 years ago - I was 20. I was living it up in Texas at Southwest Texas State University (San Marcos). I believe I was living in a dorm room, preparing to go back to IL and start "dating" my now hubby.

Five things on my to-do list for today - 1. Laundry 2. Homework 3.Clean the bathroom sink 4. Actually cook a dinner for the family. 5. Get in bed before 1 AM.

Things I would do if I were a billionaire - Live in a BIG house, with more kids, traveling anywhere I wanted and I would be DEBT FREE!

Three of my bad habits - Nail biting, not putting clean laundry away and procrastinating

Five places I have lived - West Dundee, IL, East Dundee,IL, Algonquin,IL, San Marcos, TX, and Ft. Meyers, FL (for like a month or two!)

Five jobs I have had - Lady Foot Locker, Waitress at Lonestar, Dental Receptionist, Telemarketing (remember that Ursula?), & Aide....

Favorite Snapshots.

Just two quick pictures I took this weekend while my boys were enjoying their Oreo cookies. I swear...these two are as cute as they come!!
