In just 12 short hours...

Do you know what your children really do when you aren't around?
Well, you will. Trust me.
Just give it time.

Four Youtube Favorites!!

Yes, there are four...but they are sooo cute! :)

These were a "must share"...Bryan and I watched them last night over and over again and couldn't stop laughing. Maybe some of you can appreciate the humor here.

Dundee Ducks

After we picked Matthew up from V.B.S, we went to Subway and then to feed the ducks. Ethan couldn't wait to eat his Doritos...and as you can tell from the cheese on his face and his fingers, he was really into them.
Surprisingly, there were actually more ducks than geese today. (That's a rarity!) It wasn't long though before the big bullies moved in.

Matthew is scared to death of the geese. He still remembers when one bit him on the finger when he was about 2. He plays big, brave boy until they get close...and then look out.
The "Ethan Face" - He was sooo excited to see all the ducks and geese today...
and he even got into throwing some of the bread...
but not before he tasted some first!

Aren't they cute?! And no, it wasn't planned how well they coordinate for a day like this!

This was the face he gave me when I asked him if he had fun! :) I take that as a yes.

Our Version of the Pool

Matthew is definetly outgrowing a kiddy pool. But they still had fun! Ethan LOVED the water and the hose...Matthew just loved splashing my cousin, Stacy. Thank god she was brave enough to get in...I think she even had fun!!

Notice Matthew splashing Stacy, Stacy splashing Matthew and Ethan is ready to fall. He really didn't fall though, but what an action shot...soon after, Ethan got in on some splashing too.

Tim's "Almost" 30th Birthday

So my little brother, Tim, turned 29 on Sunday. We met at Arlington Racetrack to spend the afternoon. Both my family and Natalie's family were there. Even though no one won any money, I think everyone had fun...even though I still don't get the whole thing.
Happy Birthday, TIM!!! Only 360+ more days till you turn 30!!

Doesn't he look spiffy?!

He really did like seeing the horses and clapping.
Matthew, posing in front of the statue...
Bryan told Matthew to "race" the horses...and he did. Can you guess who won?! :)

Matthew got up close and personal in the paddock. He was very excited to see how big the horses really were!
Yes, I had to ask to have a picture taken, otherwise I'm never in one.
