The Last Game
June 20th was Matthew's last t-ball game and there were tears shed. Not because anyone was hurt...but because Matthew was sad that it was over. He was so upset after his game and it was kind of sweet to see that he really did enjoy this. There were moments when I thought that he would have preferred to say home or just ride bikes, but he asked how quickly he could start another baseball team. Unfortunately, he has a long wait ahead of him!!
Isn't he cute, waiting to go on the field?
Ethan's ready for the last game, too!The last team huddle. Getting ready to aim for the fences.
A big swing and a foul ball...but look at his form.
Babop and Ethan trading hats. Babop's hat kept Ethan entertained for most of the game.
Matthew was sad because Bryan told him that third basemen have to stay in the infield. Just a few minutes before the picture, Matthew (the third basemen) was in deep left field...chasing a ball and attempting to tackle a teammate for the ball. He was definetly an aggressive player! The last trip to first base...but he was out. Poor guy!
Still smiling for mom's camera after his out. Nonny and Ethan

The team...and the coaches. Do you see Matthew's dad? Yes, even he was included as a coach!! Matthew LOVED that his dad helped coach!
Waiting to go home!
