How DID he do dat?!

I love the stories Ethan's teacher shares with me about the cute things he says or does. Here is the latest...

After sharing a story about the 'real' reason for Easter, Ethan raised his hand. Mrs. H asked if his question or story was about Easter, which he replied yes. Usually, children raise their hands just to talk about what they had for breakfast or the colors of their socks, nothing related to the topic. Ethan, however, really did have something to say.

"How DID he DO dat?!"

Mrs. H replied with something like the Bible doesn't say how, it just tells us the story. She also told the children how powerful God must be to make that all happen. She looked over and saw an enormous smile over his face.

Later that night, I asked Ethan about this again. He told me exactly what he asked and then what Mrs. H had explained to them. Ethan's closing statement...

"Isn't dat just AWESOME?!"

Yes, Ethan...it's AWESOME! :)
